Something is broken

Tell us what you did, what happened and which phone you are on. If an activity went wrong, its date and roughly where you were is enough for us to find it.

A club

Clubs are started and run from inside the app. If you lead one and want a hand setting it up, write with the club’s name and the city it meets in.

An event, or sponsoring one

If you organise a race or a ride and want it listed, or want a listing promoted, write with the date, the city and the distances.

Your data

You can export or delete everything from inside the app, under Settings. If you would rather we did it, write and we will — and we will confirm when it is done.
